A steady person in your child's corner.
I coach kids and teens, ages 9 and up, through pressure, setbacks and big changes, in school, in sport and at home. Parents stay in the loop, and adults are welcome too.
In person in southern Sonoma County, or online, in English or Spanish.

What kids and teens bring to coaching
Nothing has to be wrong. These come up most.
Confidence and self-talk
Quieting the inner critic on the field and in class.
Pressure and overwhelm
Tests, tryouts, busy seasons and the weight of expectations.
Big changes
A new school, a move, a breakup or an injury.
For teams and small businesses
I also help small teams put AI to work.
Not just emails. Systems that fill in your spreadsheets and follow up with clients, all the way up to custom apps your clients carry on their phones.
See it in actionHow it fits together
Both kinds of work are about helping people build new habits. That's what a health coach is trained to do: small steps, real support and no judgment.
I spent nearly five years as a bilingual coach at Headspace. Today I work at BetterUp, which combines human and AI coaching with behavioral science to help people and organizations grow. I support its global coach community and help my team adopt AI.
The two stay completely separate. Coaching is private, and nothing a coaching client shares ever goes into AI tools.
